Worship

What is true worship? Click Here to find out!

It is important to set aside time to focus on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to worship Him! Although we often affiliate worship with singing, worship lies in the state of heart and obedience to the One True and Living God.

If you have volunteered to choose a way of worship for a JEWELS Bible Study, please begin by praying and asking God how HE would like us to worship Him. After all, it is for Him and all about Him!

After you have prayerfully considered how we are to worship, please email your choice to jewelsfbc@outlook.com.

Some ideas include:
  • Scripture Reading
  • Prayer
  • Meditation
  • Calling out His names
  • Believer's Communion
  • Art, Drawing, Painting, etc.
  • Journaling Praises
  • And, of course, singing!

Below is a list of approved worship songs. Lyrics are available upon request (or, you can easily find them by google-searching). If you choose a song outside of this list, it must be approved by the leadership team.
